Annual Compass

If you want to plan, act, and review with intention — The Annual Compass gives you a complete structure for the year ahead. It’s built around The Curve, the award-winning framework for goal-setting, reflection, and growth.
We begin with a half-day strategy session to define your annual goals and direction, followed by monthly coaching and quarterly reviews to keep you aligned and on track.
Perfect for: Founders ready to commit to structured progress, accountability, and growth that lasts.
Includes:
Half-day (4-hour) annual strategy session using The Curve
Monthly 90-minute coaching sessions
Quarterly 2-hour review sessions
Ongoing accountability and strategic check-ins
