About Me

I’ve built, grown, and sold businesses. I’ve worked inside companies where decisions mattered, and where getting them wrong was expensive.

My work now focuses on service founders who have something that works, but isn’t working as well as it should.

I don’t apply a fixed method. I start by understanding what’s actually happening in your business, where revenue is coming from, where it’s being lost, and where decisions are slowing things down. Then we fix the constraint.

The tools follow that. Not the other way around.

How it works

We start with a 90-minute session. I'll ask the right questions and by the end of it we'll have clarified what’s happening in your business, what’s getting in the way, what you need to achieve your success and have built your One-Page Plan together: a practical tool that covers what you're trying to achieve in the next 90 days, what's getting in the way, and what you're doing first. 

This isn't just a vision exercise. It plugs straight into The Curve: software that enables you to keep your goals visible, track progress month to month, and make sure our sessions stay focused on what actually matters instead of what doesn’t.

Depending what comes up we might use:

  • Lean Canvas - when the issue is which clients are worth having, what makes your offer the right one for the right people, or why some work converts and other work doesn't. We use it to separate profitable signal from background noise.

  • Customer Journey - when the issue is which clients are actually profitable, where effort is being wasted, or how to get more of the right kind of work flowing in.

  • Mental Fitness - when the issue isn't the business. It's you. The slow decisions, the avoidance, the patterns that keep repeating even when you know what you should be doing. We work on that directly. 

Sometimes one tool. Sometimes a combination. But the focus is always the same:
